Ecotech 8301 Series Zero Air Generator
The Ecotech 8301 Series Zero Air Generator has been designed to supply zero air (contaminant free) to a Dilution Calibration System. The system comprises:
- A rack-mounted compressed air source
- Permeation dryer
- A series of scrubber options, depending on application, producing clean, dry dilution quality “zero air”

AIR-1000 Instrument Air Cleanup System
The Ecotech AIR1000 is a specialised Plant Instrument Air cleanup system. It is designed to:
- Remove contaminants such as SO2, NOX, CO, oils and particulates from plant instrument air
- Lower its dew point to less than –15º C
The resultant ‘zero air’ can then be used in the Ecotech extractive dilution sampling system or for instrument calibration.

Ecotech 8306 Calibration Control Module
- Delivers zero and span gases to stack gas analysers
- Switches between zero and span gases depending on cycle being performed
- Uses two solenoid valves to switch zero and span gases either on and off to deliver undiluted gas to the analyser
