#7.860 Nano Aerosol Generator
The Generator Model # 7.860 features:

• A tungsten aerosol generator to produce extremely small airborne particles
• Heatable tungsten wire which generates a large amount of small dioxide particles (size range: 1.2 to 20 nm).
• Designed in accordance with the German VDI-Standard 3491.

• One for the flow through nebulizer (generating a raw aerosol concentration)
• Second which provides dry air for an optional dilution step and drying of the raw aerosol (using a Silica gel dryer)
• Both flow rates controlled independently from each other utilising two separate switches and potentiometers

• Creates large (PM₁₀) particulates
• Contains a vertical "drop down" sample inlet to introduce particles to monitor
• Delivers highly precise and stable dust generation operation (size range: 1.2 to 20nm).

• Produces a constant aerosol stream of particles in suspension, such as polymer-microsphere-particles (in many different sizes),
• Produces a variety of other “standardisation” materials.
• Generation of polydispers particle distributions is possible whensubstances like DOP or DEHS are used.
